Spongees is a London-based, bespoke wedding and celebration cake company - with a difference. Combined with our use of impeccable ingredients, our ethics and artistry enable us to bring you a product of the highest quality and standard. Our cakes are created from premium ingredients, most being organic, Fair Trade or locally sourced. Such a sound foundation we believe enhances the overall flavour, and results in all Spongees goods being deliciously distinct.
Food Safety and Quality
With a passion for nutrition, Spongees founder Elisha Mann brings a sensitive and ultra-mindful approach to food safety and production values. With first-hand experience as a Coeliac, she is also pleased to provide an unprecedented range of tasty gluten free alternatives. Countless testimonials also confirm Elisha’s versatile design skills and expertise as a self-taught artist. From the understated to the opulent, classic to fantastical - anything you wish can be created.

The Consultation
So, what can you expect from your consultation with us? It will cover cake design, flavour, size, allergy requirements, delivery, set-up, items for hire (such as a cake table, cake stand, cake-knife set, or table décor), cake flower arranging and any other embellishments. Not to mention dealing with all those finer details that perhaps you’d never thought of… From start to finish, we offer the ultimate smooth and friendly customer experience.
